A cactus flower is a rare and precious desert beauty.  Cacti are strong, enduring, and tough. They’ve survived and found a way to grow in barren desert wastelands under harsh conditions with very little sustenance.  That’s why the cactus flower has come to represent beauty, endurance, tenacity and strength in the face of adversity—they survive with grace even when it seems impossible.
